Our client seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Employment Law Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys handling employment-related matters, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance issues. This is a 100% remote position in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining calendars, deadlines, and case files.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
- Coordinate document production and manage evidence for litigation.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and administrative hearings.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in employment law.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
